First we watched this weird Discovery channel thingy about "true" hauntings. And then, I was trying to explain how Family Remains is the scariest episode of any show I've ever seen, so we watched that, and then we watched It's The Great Pumpkin, Sam Winchester, and now we're watching the Halloween episode of Buffy.
It's Halloween episode greatest hits. If only we were watching The Slutty Pumpkin next. Any other suggestions for great Halloween episodes?
OKAY, this post is a DO-OVER from this morning, because I'm a tool.
In short, it's this video of Buffy and Twilight edited together. It basically shows people what Buffy would think of our mister Cullen, and since I was always one of those "what would Buffy do?" girls, it makes me giggle.

Ugh, Monday. This calls for cuddling up in my bed in my pjs with chocolate and Gilmore Girls.
I begin an alarming number of my lj posts with the word "ugh". Second only to beginning them with "So, ...".
Twitter fucks with my head. I don't stalk people any more than I used to, or rather, I don't put any more effort into it, but I can still tell you what Brendon Urie is doing at this very minute? As
butystherumgone pointed out to me earlier today, THAT'S WEIRD.
Honestly, Monday, ugh.
Random facts about me:
1. I can play the flute.
2. I like my toast burnt with the crust cut off and only margarine on it. If it isn't exactly like that, I won't eat it. If I'm gonna marry a man, he has to be able to make me perfect toast.
3. My very favorite animals in the world are turtles. I recently paid a lot of money to go swimming with sea turtles, and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. These are the most beautiful type of turtle. I even have pictures to prove it.
4.
shirethief,
butystherumgone and I have been best friends since we were all four years old. Not exaggerating. They are still my best friends. (Hence me talking about them... a lot.)
5. I have two "&" shirts, one says "Brendon & Jon & Spencer & Ryan" and the other says "John & Keith & Pete & Roger", and these two shirts pretty much sum up my musical taste.
6. When I was in grade 8, I wanted to be Drusilla from Buffy. I used to glue pictures of her onto my binders and try to talk like her.
shirethief bought me a book for my birthday called "Spike and Drusilla; Pretty Maids All In a Row", and it's actually still a favorite book of mine. I made a pact then that if Drusilla ever died on camera on Buffy, or if her death was ever mentioned, I would take a whole day off of school, even if I had an exam. I still hold to that pact to this day, though it doesn't worry me so much anymore ;).

:( ♥ so sad.
1. Rewatching Buffy season seven with the brothers. "It eats you starting with your bottom." Enough said.
2. Had a really bad day today. Highlights include: being told by someone that he can't stand living with me, my car not starting and having no-holds-barred honesty yelling matches with a coworker who used to be a friend. Buffy makes it better.
3. Is it really bad for you to lie on your back with your laptop on your chest or stomach? Like, am I getting fried like a microwaves or anything? Because it kinda feels like it.
4. I refuse to watch the Pete Wentz pee roulette thing. Refuse. Disgusting. This kinda gives me hope, because I was recently at the point of "it's Pete Wentz, I'll back anything he does". Good to know I still have my free will.
5. I have, however, played Hotel 626. JFC!
6. I recently read Neil Gaiman's The Graveyard Book, and would like to add me extreme appreciation to the pile. Not only did I enjoy this book immensely, but I would have killed for this book when I was younger. Everything about it appeals to 9-year-old Virginia, most of all Liza Hempstock. Considering two of my favorite books as a child were Magic for Marigold and The Witch of Blackbird Pond, I know my copy would have been very dogeared. I have so much I want to say about these books themes and undertones, but I haven't been in school for over a year now and feel like I couldn't say them correctly.
7. While we're on the subject, am I the ONLY child that read Magic for Marigold? I have yet to find a single other person who's read it, young or old.
8. I'm going to see Fleetwood Mac in exactly one week.
